MW.FEP established a single, centralized repository for risk management, eliminating inconsistencies caused by “everyone having their own version.” This consolidation has improved consistency in identifying and addressing risks and made it easier to share priorities across different departments.

Centralizing data, easy access to strategic information, and faster management led to the creation of around 70 portals for operational data control. This information infrastructure allows quick access to critical data and has sped up decision-making at every level of the organization.
