MW.FEP works directly with customers in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, medical devices, and rail. Adopting the SoftExpert platform also enhanced the visualization of internal performance indicators. The Performance module is already delivering positive results in tracking metrics, making it easier to make data-driven decisions.

Risk management and compliance

MW.FEP established a single, centralized repository for risk management, eliminating inconsistencies caused by “everyone having their own version.” This consolidation has improved consistency in identifying and addressing risks and made it easier to share priorities across different departments.

Centralizing data, easy access to strategic information, and faster management led to the creation of around 70 portals for operational data control. This information infrastructure allows quick access to critical data and has sped up decision-making at every level of the organization.
