SoftExpert Suite powers Weknow’s rise as a healthtech leader

Weknow, a Brazilian technology startup specializing in healthcare solutions, has overcome significant challenges and achieved exponential growth with the implementation of SoftExpert Suite. The platform not only enhanced Weknow’s internal efficiency but also strengthened its position as a leader in the Healthtech market.

"What led us to seek out SoftExpert Suite was the challenge of transitioning from a small company to a large one, from a startup to a scale-up. More than that, we didn’t have defined processes, we didn’t have KPIs, and we lacked a truly professional management structure," says Pedro Burguesan, Co-founder & CBO of Weknow Healthtech.

End-to-End Management

Initially, Weknow adopted BPM to map and optimize operational processes, defining the company's workflow patterns. Then, they implemented CPM to improve performance measurement and make necessary adjustments. This period was marked by challenging transformations aimed at accelerating the company’s growth. Later, they introduced GRC, ensuring compliance with LGPD—crucial for healthcare operations—guaranteeing full regulatory adherence and security.

"From a technical perspective, the tool was easy to implement, but culturally, it was a big challenge. We often say we had to ‘press where it hurt’—we identified inefficiencies and forced changes to bridge the gap and keep growing."

Results

With the implementation of SoftExpert Suite, Weknow reduced governance and management costs by 75%, saving approximately 300,000 reais. "SoftExpert provided us with an integrated solution that not only cut operational costs but also drastically improved our efficiency and effectiveness," Burguesan explains.

Beyond cost savings, Weknow recorded an impressive 98% revenue growth since 2020.

"We literally doubled our revenue, which reflects not just our growth but also the renewed trust our clients have in our services. Customer satisfaction also reached a new milestone, hitting 99.5%. SoftExpert has not only helped us improve internal processes but also strengthened our client relationships, which is crucial for us," adds Burguesan.

From a local startup in Santa Catarina, Weknow has emerged as one of Brazil’s top Healthtech companies, securing the #1 Healthtech ranking for the second consecutive year in the 100 Open Startups ranking.
